Our methods of supply focus attention on what meets your needs and fits cohesively into your existing purchasing organisation. In simple terms we do not impose any supply restrictions and offer a bespoke package to all our customers. Our supply solutions consist predominately on four methods:

Managed stock system
This system allows complete control of all stock requirements and the replenishment on site by Safetyworks personnel. We would provide the manpower to visit site at an agreed frequency to replenish all items used during the period agreed. The company only pays for what is used in the form of a collective monthly invoice. This system relieves a burden from existing departments and ensures stock availability at all times. (Initial stock quantities in the form of consignment stock)

Allocated stock system
If it is not suitable for Safetyworks personnel to visit site, we offer a similar solution which concentrates on ensuring stock availability at all times. We agree to allocate certain stock levels at our warehousing facility which is allocated for the sole use of your company. The volumes are relative to those used on site and are guaranteed to be available at your convenience.

Locker replenishment
This system is generally more suitable to larger sites. We strategically locate locker units throughout your company, each to contain the relevant PPE that will be used in the surrounding areas. The stock levels are once again replenished and monitored by Safetyworks personnel and again ensure stock availability at all times.

Bespoke on line catalogue
We have devised a system on our website which allows you to log on to a restricted range of products which have been pre approved and selected for use on your site. This system allows immediate access to your own catalogue of products with agreed pricing without the need to scroll through page after page of mass products range. This also ensures no ‘rogue’ purchasing and guarantees the correct PPE is being is being used.
